For landlords in Fleurhof
Let your room or home to the right person
List it for free. Every applicant arrives with their details and documents in one place, you shortlist the ones you like, and only they see your street address.
1. Describe it
Add the rent, the deposit, what is included and a few photos. It takes about ten minutes.
2. We check it
A person on the EasyRentals team reads every listing before it goes live, so renters trust what they see.
3. Choose your tenant
Read each application with the documents attached, shortlist, then share your address with the people you want to meet.
What you get
Free
No fee to list, and no fee to receive applications.
Applicants with documents
Work, income, references and documents, in one application you can read on your phone.
Your address stays private
The public sees your extension only. You decide who gets the street address.
Fewer wasted viewings
Shortlist from the application, so you only meet people who can afford the place and want it.
